The Groves Golf and Country Club is an environmentally sensitive community developed in complete harmony with its natural surroundings. Forty per cent of the community's 446 total acres have been preserved as conservation areas with residences surrounded by cypress preserves, parks or Golf Course fairways.
An active adult HOA and CDD community with homes being occupied by at least one permanent resident 55 years of age or older as per Deed Restricted in Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and both the Florida and the Federal Fair Housing Acts. 
All our community entrances and amenities are video monitored or manned, 24 hours a day.
