Chef Vesh has worked with culinarians from around the globe gaining hands on experience cooking with an international flair. Developing his own style, Vesh has designed his menus and food stations by using hormone/pesticide free meats and fresh seafood from the local markets. His freshly prepared foods are healthy and nutritious, at the same time environmentally sound. Amongst the twenty five different cuisines there are choices of Gluten Free, Kosher, Lactose Free, No Pork, Organic, Vegan, Vegetarian can be catered by Vesh.
