Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
has been created pursuant to the provisions of Section 17 of the
“Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for the Groves Golf & Country
Club.”
The
ACC reviews all applications submitted by residents for any change they make
to the outside of their house or property. A resident must have a
signed and approved ACC form before they can make any changes to
their house or lawn. (See copy of the “Architectural Application” below.)
These changes include (but are not limited to) gardens, plants, decorative
garden borders, screens enclosures, additional lanai space, trees planted or
removed, paint color, driveway or walk coatings, sun rooms, fences or any
decorative items to be placed on the resident’s property. The deadline for
ACC applications to be submitted to the ACC
Committee will be 5:00 PM the Monday before the scheduled Friday ACC
meetings. Any applications submitted after the deadline will be held until
the next scheduled meeting.
