HOA Activities

  • The HOA is the organization that governs the Groves.

  • The HOA enforces the Community Restrictions & Covenants the Community Standards.

  • The HOA owns and operates the golf course.

  • The HOA leases the Pro Shop, the golf maintenance facility and the RV/Boat Storage area from the CDD.

  • The HOA leases the Grill Room from the CDD and in turn leases it to a 3rd party vendor.

HOA Revenues

      The HOA revenues are generated from three sources which are:

  • Quarterly HOA dues paid by all landowners (amounts may vary with home type)

  • Golf course use fees; and

  • Pro Shop sales.
     

HOA Expenses

      The HOA pays for:

  • all fees and wages involved in operating the HOA (including property management costs)

  • exterior maintenance and other services to each home (based on each specific home type)

  • basic cable TV for all homes; and

  • all golf course costs, salaries and maintenance
